Acumen Intelligence LLC ("Acumen Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") operates acumen-intelligence.com (this "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and who we share it with. It does not cover our separate AI Tools platform at tools.acumen-intelligence.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

This Site has no user accounts and no database. The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through one of these forms, or a small amount of preference data stored in your browser:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, and message.
  • Hire Us project brief — your name, email address, company (optional), and the project details you provide (pitch, problem statement, intended users, goals, features, budget/timeline, and any reference links you add).
  • Browser-local preferences — your light/dark theme choice, and, if you start a Hire Us submission without finishing it, a draft of your in-progress answers. Both are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to us unless you submit the form. The draft is cleared automatically after 7 days or immediately once you submit.

We do not use cookies, and we do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this Site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your project request — for example, replying to your message or following up on a Hire Us brief. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third parties we use

Submitting a form on this Site sends your information through the following third-party service, which processes it on our behalf:

  • Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email. Resend's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this Site and its infrastructure.

Data retention

We don't store form submissions in a database — each submission is delivered to us as an email and retained in our inbox under our normal email-retention practices. Browser-local preferences and drafts remain only on your device until cleared, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you've previously sent us by reaching out via the contact form.

Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
